蟹蟹卷HOLY CRAB
取自“谢谢”的谐音,主厨在隐泉工作整整15年,认识了无数的客人朋友,也收获和见证了很多。于是用蟹籽、蟹肉以及软壳蟹等食材创作了蟹蟹卷,借此表达他对所有客人的感谢,也期许所有人常怀感恩之心。
食材:里-炸软壳蟹、黄瓜丝。外-蟹柳沙拉、黑蟹籽,红蟹籽、苏子叶等
Holy Crab: Holy crab, this roll is all about the crab. Using crab roe, crab meat, and soft shell crab, our head chef created this roll to express his gratitude to the Hatsune family as the Chinese name is a play on the words “thank you” in Chinese.
Ingredients: Soft shell crab, cucumber, crab salad, and tobiko.
