2002年隐泉创始人兼CEO Alan Wong乘坐飞机从美国返回中国的途中, 灵感一现做出了菜青虫卷的升级版(菜青虫卷美国一种很知名的寿司卷)。因为隐泉日料突破了传统的日料,和破茧成蝶的概念一脉相承,因此以蝴蝶为造型,同时加入创新食材成为隐泉最受欢迎的卷之一。
食材:天妇罗虾、蟹柳沙拉、鳗鱼、鳗鱼汁油梨、虾、芝麻等
In 2002, the founder and CEO, Alan Wong of Hatsune, created an updated version of the cabbage caterpillar roll (a well-known roll in the United States), inspired when he was on a plane flying from the United States to China. Californian Japanese fusion cuisine of Hatsune breaks through and transcends traditional Japanese cuisine, much like a butterfly does from a cocoon. In the shape of a butterfly, and with additional flavorful ingredients like unagi, it quickly became one of Hatsune’s most iconic sushi rolls.
Ingredients: Tempura Shrimp, snow crab, avocado, Ebi, Unagi and sweet sauce.
