主厨的一位朋友来自西班牙,他经常到隐泉用餐。2010年这位先生的女朋友从西班牙来到北京,他便带女友来到隐泉分享自己最喜欢的美食。主厨看到这对远道而来如此恩爱的情侣,便为其创作了爱琴海卷。
原料:黄瓜丝、苏子叶、红鱼籽、鳗鱼、牛油果、葱花、鳗鱼汁等
Dedicated to a Spanish guest who regularly dined at Hatsune, our head chef created this specialty roll when the gentleman’s girlfriend traveled from Spain to Beijing for a visit in 2010.
Ingredients: Ikura Salmon Caviar, Shiso leaf rolled with unagi, deep fried gobo, and scallions
